Group Classes

Let's get together ...

Motivation Fitness for Women has the following classes available for it's members. Non members may also participate for a fee. Classes run daily. Classes are one hour in length.

Classes offered are:

Kickboxing
Body Sculpting
Pilates
Pole Dancing
Zumba

Mondays:          6:00 pm  Strength Training for Cheerleaders with Andrea
                        7:30 pm  Zumba with Stephanie
                       
                        
Tuesdays:        6:00 pm  Kickboxing with Andrea
                        7:30 pm  Pole Dancing with Marianne 
                       
                       
Wednesdays:    6:00 pm Pilates with Andrea
                        7:30 pm Zumba with Michelle
                       
Thursdays:        6:00 pm  Body Sculpting with Andrea
                        7:30 pm  Pole Dancing with Marianne
            
                         
Saturdays:        9:00 - 11:00 am Biggest Loser Training with Allison & Andrea
